Regardless of your state of mind, whether you feel ill or not, therapy is a place to explore who you are and why. Without a balanced sense of self and a calm mind, it might be challenging to enjoy life. So if you are worried about your mental wellbeing or feel that you need some self-balance, I invite you to work with me. Sometimes talking things through, uncovers new perspective and ultimately help us change, whatever we struggle with.

Personal therapy

These are confidential, once weekly counselling sessions that last 50 minutes. We would see each other regularly, in my therapy room on a specific day and at the time agreed during the first meeting. I offer a psychodynamic way of working, which means that I assist you in gaining an understanding of how and why your past affects your current life. Personal therapy is suitable for anyone who thinks they could benefit from this type of work.

Couples Counselling

All relationships go awry at some point. Sometimes the resentment towards someone we used to love never seems to go away. I invite you to a confidential, safe space where you can both explore the trouble underlying your partnership.

This type of work is suitable for groups of people who want to gain insight into a specific subject, like 'stress management' or 'the art of assertiveness', and perhaps learn some tips or techniques. Workshops are in the form of lectures with elements of discussion and sometimes - acting out.
